Every successful project is the fruit of hard work, planning and good communication with you, the customer... to make sure we really 'nail' what you are looking for. 

Things to think about could be flooring, decoration, windows & doors, do you require wiring or heating etc.? This really lets us get a feel for what you're wanting to get from your investment so really have a think of the functionality of the space and how you'd like to use it. We can discuss all of this when one of the team pops round. Lots to choose from, but we'll make it simple.

The main aims of the consulation include:

• We'll ask you which style rooms you like the sound/look of from our website, or from ones you've seen elsewhere.
• We'll then confirm the specifications that we'd aim to achieve and make any changes if needed.
• We can book you in a preliminary start date and provide an estimate of end date.

Delivery

Delivery of materials will often be on the morning that work commences so you wont have to worry about accepting delivery yourself. We do ask that a adequate space is cleared and available to use for this purpose and throughout the duration of the project.

Construction

We'll keep you involved throughout the creation of your new Garden structure. Whereas other 'catalog cabin' companies will be made off site and provide you very limited adjustments, you have the ability with us to be both involved and creative!

Members of the team will be in touch to confirm designs and structure placement before the start date as well as confirm any final details such as the placement of lights and sockets throughout the Garden Rooms construction itself...so get your creative hat on!

We never leave a customer unsatisfied with their new Garden Room. That’s why we aim to keep you involved throughout the project as much as possible. At this point we want you to fall in love with your new Garden Room and the creative space that has been created.

Once we get your approval that the project meets your expectations, we’ll ask for you to sign off your RJH Bespoke Garden Room and pay the remaining 50% as your final payment.

This isn’t the end thought! Don’t forget ‘RJH Bespoke Garden Rooms’ guarantees your structure and fittings for 10 Years, so if anything happens during this time you can always call us back.
